Cod

The cod is one of Norways most sought-after sea fish, especially throughout the winter months. As we all know, it makes for great eating, whether filleted and battered, or baked into a pie. It’s really delicious, try experimenting with cooking methods and ingredients.

The best spring lamb can only be bought in September. We have been comissioned by Kamille -

Fresh from the garden

 


Hello. We are back after the summer! It is time to start working again and we decided to go for a little fieldtrip. We visited a local organic farm and picked up a fresh batch of vegetables.
Really fresh - really green and such strong bautiful colors. Organic harvesting is good for the planet and good for us - also just a treat to look at.

Have a nice lazy summer.

Summer in Norway is way to short, so we using the long days to shoot new stories and having a day or two off.  We are returing in august with more inspiration.
